These procedures lead to tremendous boost up in self-confidence, which has been lost after pregnancies owing to deranged shape.Procedure : The breast lift (mastopexy) depends on the size and grade of ptosis (sagging) of the breasts. Please note that scar less lift can be achieved till grade 2 ptosis i.e. if the nipple level is at or above the lower breast fold. Usually the breast size is also small along with sagginess and a small breast implant put through axilla or areola, lifts the breast wonderfully without any scar. Even if the size is not small, the periareolar mastopexy can be done where the scar will be around areola only and practically invisible. Please note that if ptosis is grade 3 (nipple hanging below the lower end of breast), then mastopexy necessitates a tennis racket type scar which settles down with time.
